施肥处理对射干生理和生长的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Fertilization Treatments on Physiology and Growth of Belamcanda chinensis

摘要 以射干为试材,通过施用复合肥、有机肥、配方肥,研究了3种肥料处理对射干的叶绿素含量、苗高、冠幅、产量、叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:1)随着复合肥、有机肥、配方肥各肥料施用量的增加,射干的叶绿素含量、生长指标、叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数和各项生理指标呈上升趋势,且配方肥表现出良好的生长优势,肥效最佳。2)与对照(CK,不施肥)相比,配方肥处理下叶绿素含量依次增加19.7%、23.7%、38.2%,苗高依次增高38.1%、48.1%、49.3%,冠幅依次增加51.0%、60.0%、63.8%,与苗高和冠幅均存在极显著性正相关,长势最优;初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)最低,最大光合效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光合效率(ΦpsⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)最高;净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)达最高水平,各参数与配方肥存在显著性正相关;脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量趋于最高,而丙二醛含量较低;地上生长量、地下生长量、生物产量、经济产量与CK相比依次提高76.0%、60.1%、52.0%、52.9%,呈显著性差异,且与地上生长量、生物产量、经济产量存在极显著性正相关。3)复合肥能提高射干的叶绿素含量和生长指标,但促进作用较弱,叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数和生理指标介于其它2种肥料之间,生物产量则先增加后减少,在中度施肥M处理下生物产量达到最低值。4)有机肥会抑制射干叶绿素含量,冠幅和苗高生长最差,Fo、Fm、NPQ最高,Fv/Fm、ΦpsⅡ、qP最低,与Fm存在显著性正相关,Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr依次增加49.4%、20.0%、23.1%、26.8%,增幅最小,生理指标增长量也达最低水平,产量随施肥量的增加而递减,且地上生长量、生物产量、经济产量在各处理下均低于CK,与4种产量存在负相关性,其中生物产量和经济产量为显著性负相关。 Belamcanda chinensis was used as the experimental material,the effects of three fertilizers on chlorophyll content,seedling height,canopy width,yield,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters and related physiological indexes of Belamcanda chinensis were studied by applying compound fertilizers,organic fertilizers and formula fertilizers.The results showed that,1)With the increase of fertilizer application amount of compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer and formula fertilizer,the content of chlorophyll,growth index,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters and physiological indexes of Belamcanda chinensis were on the rise,and the formula fertilizer showed good growth advantage and the best fertilizer effect.2)Compared with CK,chlorophyll content increased by 19.7%,23.7% and 38.2%,respectively,with seedling height increased by 38.1%,48.1% and 49.3%,and canopy width increased by 51.0%,60.0% and 63.8%,and seedling height and crown breadth there were extremely significant positive correlation,was the best.The fluorescence parameters Fo,Fm,NPQ were the lowest,Fv/Fm,ΦpsⅡ,qP were the highest.Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr reached the highest level,they were consistent with formula fertilizer.The content of proline,soluble protein,soluble sugar were the highest and MDA content was lower.The above ground growth,underground growth,biological yield and economic yield increased by 76.0%,60.1%,52.0%,52.9%,and there was a significant positive correlation with above ground growth,biological yield and economic yield.3)Compound fertilizer could increase chlorophyll content and growth index,the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,physiological indexes were between the other two fertilizers,the biomass yield increased first and then decreased at the M level.4)Organic fertilizer would inhibit the chlorophyll content of Belamcandachinensis,crown and seedling height were the worst,Fo,Fm,NPQ were the highest,Fv/Fm,ΦpsⅡ,qP were the lowest,and there was significant positive correlation with F
