摘要
目的:探讨契约式培训模式在N1护士专科护理技术培训中的应用效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的160名N1护士随机分成观察组和对照组各80名,分别用契约式和传统式2种培训模式进行培训,比较2组考核成绩和对2种培训模式的评价。结果:观察组N1护士10项考核成绩90.8分高于对照组88.13分;观察组除外心电监护、动脉血气采集、肺叩打技术,其余7项技术单项考核成绩均分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组N1护士、培训老师在培训模式各条目上评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:契约式培训模式能有效提高N1护士护理技术培训效果,值得护理技能培训中推广运用。
[Objective] To determine the impact of a learning contract model on training of nursing skills and satisfaction in level 1 nurses. [Method] A total of 160 level 1 nurses participated in this experimental study. They were divided into two 80 - member groups. The control group were trained using conventional training and the observation group using learning contract model training. At the end of the training, the level 1 nurses in each group completed the skills test and questionnaires of differ- ent training model. [Result] The scores of N1 Nurse 10 assessments in the observation group were 90.8, which was higher than that of the control group （88.13）. The observation group had no exceptions in terms of ECG monitoring, arterial blood gas sampling, and lung attack techniques. The average scores of the other 7 items were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The N1 nurses and training teachers in the observation group had higher scores in each item of training mode than in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] This study suggested that the use of learning contract method on training of nursing skills in level 1 nurses improved training effect and training quality. It is worth promoting in nursing skills training.
