大跨度隧道平行下穿既有车站旅客通道的施工风险分析

摘要 针对某大跨度隧道DK0+380—DK0+480区段从既有车站旅客通道正下方长距离平行下穿导致施工风险加大的情况,对风险源及其可能造成的危害进行分析,并通过FLAC 3D仿真计算软件建立三维模型,对隧道下穿旅客通道的安全性进行风险分析。结合相应风险控制标准,得到以下结论:(1)软弱围岩地层条件下,大跨度隧道长距离平行下穿车站旅客通道时风险较高,故在加强监控的同时必须采取有效加固、支护措施来保证隧道安全;(2)隧道在近接车站旅客通道的情况下施工,通道顶部最大变形量为7.84 mm,底部最大变形量达到7.76 mm,故必要时应对通道周边土层采取进一步加固措施以保证旅客通道安全正常运营;(3)隧道开挖后,通道顶部竖向应力整体呈现增大趋势,最大增幅达76.8%,而底部则出现一定应力松弛现象。 The DK0 + 380—DK0 + 480 section of a large span tunnel parallel passes through the existing station passageway in a long distance,directly increases the construction risk. In this paper,the risk sources and potential hazards in the tunnel construction are analyzed,a three-dimensional model is established by using FLAC3 D simulation software to study the structural safety of the adjacent underground passageway. Combined with the corresponding risk control standards,the following conclusions show that:(1) on the condition of weak surrounding rock stratum,the risk of excavation becomes higher when the large span tunnel parallel passing through the existing station passageway in a long distance,so it is necessary to take effective reinforcement and supporting measures,strengthen supervision to ensure the safety of the tunnel;(2) in the tunnel construction adjacent to the station passageway,the maximum deformations of the top and the bottom are 7. 84 mm and 7. 76 mm respectively,if necessary,the surrounding soil layer should be reinforced by taking further reinforcement measures to ensure the normal operation of the passenger channel;(3) after the tunnel excavation,the vertical stress on the channel top will show an increasing trend,the maximum increase reaches to 76. 8%,while a certain stress relaxation occurs at the bottom.
