摘要
为了分析棒磨机基础振动较大的原因及如何对基础进行有效加固,对棒磨机基础振动进行了检测,建立有限元模型,分析了发生共振的可能性,同时对基础质量和刚度的影响进行了分析。分析结果表明:该基础振动较大的原因主要是由于基础的刚度不足导致的,将进出料端基础与驱动端基础相连,从而增加了基础刚度,降低了振动速度,为棒磨机基础振动分析和设计提供了有效参考。
In order to identify the causes of great vibration of the foundation of a rod mill and how to effectively reinforce the foundation, the paper tested the vibration of the foundation, and established the finite element model. And then, it analyzed the probability of resonance occurrence, and studied the impact on the weight and the stiffness of the foundation. The analysis results showed: the great vibration of the foundation was mainly caused by insufficient stiffness of the foundation. Connecting the foundation of the feeding and discharge end to the foundation of the drive end reinforced the foundation stiffness and reduced the vibration velocity, which offered effective reference for the analysis and the design of the foundation of the rod mill.
