摘要
锅炉酸洗废水是电厂在生产过程中必然会产生的一类废水。由于锅炉酸洗废水的p H值偏低,COD偏高,悬浮物含量偏高等,造成酸洗废水处理成本较高,从而对电厂的日常运行造成一定的影响。文中以山东某电厂的锅炉酸洗废水为研究对象,采用组合法对该厂的锅炉酸洗废水进行处理,在经过氧化、酸碱调节/絮凝、过滤后,降低该废水的COD、悬浮物等指标,使锅炉酸洗废水达到排放标准。这有助于及时清理锅炉酸洗后产生的废弃物,保障锅炉酸洗工艺的正常进行,进而保障电厂的正常生产过程。
Boiler pickling wastewater is a kind of wastewater which was produced during power plant production process. As the boiler pickling wastewater showed low p H,high COD,high content of suspended solids,the high cost of the pickling wastewater treatment process had a certain influence on power plant production process. The boiler pickling wastewater from a power plant in Shandong was regarded as the research object,and the integrated technology was empolyed for boiler pickling wastewater treatment, through oxidation, acid-base regulation/flocculation and filtration process,the COD and suspended of the wastewater were induced. The boiler pickling wastewater reaches the discharge standard. This technology contributes to clean up the boiler pickling waste after the boiler pickling process,ensures the boiler pickling process smoothly,moreover,the normal production process of power plant is also ensured.
