摘要 采用预处理-ED-蒸发结晶工艺处理电厂浓盐水,实现废水回用及零排放。介绍工程的设计、预处理效果及运行情况。预处理和浓缩阶段吨水电费为15.72元/m^(3);蒸发结晶制盐阶段吨水电费为42.41元/m^(3);吨水药剂费用为6.58元/m^(3)。装置运行过程中反渗透产水符合回用要求,结晶产品盐达到《工业盐》(GB/T5462-2015)标准中精制工业盐干盐一级标准。从浓盐水浓缩减量到最终实现零排放,该系统运行效果稳定、运行成本可控,并实现氯化钠的资源化。该工艺对电厂浓盐水的终极处理具有借鉴意义。 The combined process of pretreatment-ED-evaporative crystallization was used to treat the concentrated brine of power plant to achieve zero discharge of wastewater.The design and pretreatment effect and operation of the project were introduced.The electricity cost of pretreatment and concentration stage was 15.72 yuan/m^(3);the electricity charge of evaporation crystallization stage was 42.41 yuan/m^(3);The chemicals cost is 6.58 yuan/m^(3).The reverse osmosis water meets the reuse requirements during operation of the device,the crystalline salt meets the first grade standard of Dry industrial refined salt in the Industrial salt standard(GB/T 5462-2015).From concentrated brine reduction to zero discharge,the system runs stably and the cost is controllable,and the resource utilization of sodium chloride was realized.The process has reference significance for the ultimate treatment of concentrated brine in power plant.
