摘要
目的研究运用内外联合置管负压引流治疗难愈性创面的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年1月治疗的30例皮肤软组织开放性损伤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各15例。创面经清创术之后,观察组患者实施创面内外联合置管负压引流,对照组实施常规置管引流,对2组患者的伤口愈合情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的创面愈合总有效率为93.4%,对照组患者的创面愈合总有效率为73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内外联合置管负压封闭引流技术属于难愈性创面比较新型的处理方式,其操作相对比较简单,治疗效果明显优于常规置管引流,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of internal and external combined tube placement negative pressure drainage in treatment of refractory wounds. Methods 30 cases of skin soft tissue open injury patients in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2018 were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group 15 cases each. After the wound debridement,the observation group patients were treated with internal and external combined tube placement negative pressure drainages,and the control group patients were treated with conventional catheter drainage.Comparison of wound healing in two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the wound healing in the observation group was 93.4%, and the total effective rate of the wound healing in the control group was73.3%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The internal and external combined tube placement negative pressure drainage technique is a relatively new treatment method of refractory wounds, its operation is relatively simple and the effect of treatment is obviously better than that of conventional catheter drainage, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
