摘要
目的探析锁骨带绊钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年6月我院接收的52例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,依照数字列表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各26例。对照组采用钩钢板治疗,观察组采用双带绊钢板治疗,比较观察经不同方法治疗患者的临床效果。结果观察组肩部疼痛程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肩关节外展活动度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肩部功能情况显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对锁骨远端骨折者予以锁骨带绊钢板治疗,不仅能降低肩关节活动受限情况,且还能使肩关节疼痛情况得到改善。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of clavicular belt tripping plate in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture.Methods From April 2015 to June 2017,52 patients with the distal fracture of NeerⅡ clavicular bone received by our hospital were selected as the research data,and the number list method was randomly divided into two groups：control group and observation group,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hook plate,and the observation group was treated with double-strap trip plate,and the clinical effect of patients treated with different methods was compared.Results The degree of shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the shoulder joint abduction activity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;the shoulder function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clavicular plate for the treatment of distal clavicle fracture can not only reduce the limitation of shoulder joint activity,but also improve the pain of shoulder joint.
