摘要
教师专业发展具有阶段性、复杂性和规律性等特点。厘清教学名师的概念和特质、分析教学名师的成长轨迹,无疑对教师专业发展具有重要的引领和示范作用。本文通过对我国三位著名教育家型教学名师成长路径的分析,试图探讨我国教学名师专业发展的基本特征,期望为我国青年教师的专业发展提供借鉴与启示。
The teacher's professional developments are periodical and complex,but it also has its unique regularity.It is critical and instructive in teachers'professional development to understand the concept and characteristics of outstanding teachings and to analyze the growth process of outstanding teachings.This paper,by analyzing the growth path of three outstanding teachers in China who can be entitled as educators,attempts to explore the general characteristics of the professional development of outstanding teachers in the hope of providing reference and inspiration for the professional development of young teachers in China.
