摘要
一套完善有效、科学合理的应急物流体系是应对突发事件发生时最基础的保障。自从2008年汶川"5·12"特大型地震发生以来,我国针对在汶川地震中应急物流体系中存在的诸多缺陷进行了整改,取得了明显的成效,并在近几年的一些突发危机情况中得以应用。但是随着时代的变化以及突发事件复杂性的加深,应急物流体系需要进一步的发展完善。本文将以应急物流体系构建中的应急物流管理体系以及信息系统的构建为研究重点,提出相关的改进措施,以供参考。
A set of effective,scientific and reasonable emergency logistics system is the most basic guarantee to deal with emergencies. Since the＂5·12＂earthquake occurred in Wenchuan in 2008,many defects in the emergency logistics system in Wenchuan earthquake have been rectify,and remarkable achievements have been achieved,and they have been applied in some sudden crisis situations in recent years. However,with the changing times and the complexity of emergencies,the emergency logistics system needs further development and improvement. This paper will focus on the emergency logistics management system and the construction of information system in the construction of emergency logistics system,and put forward relevant improvement measures for reference.
