团队冲突行为规范的概念界定、量表开发与验证 被引量:2

摘要 关于团队中如何认识和对待冲突的问题,偶有概念性的表述,但并未形成统一认识,且缺乏具有理论基础的测量量表。在总结前人关于冲突规范有关表述的基础上,确定团队冲突行为规范的概念及维度。在质性访谈,在专家组判断、问卷调查的基础上,开发团队冲突行为规范的测量量表,并对量表信度及效度进行检验。研究结果表明,团队冲突行为规范量表包括保持团队开放、支持团队合作、避免冲突转化三个维度,量表具有良好的信度、内容效度、收敛效度和判别效度。 There is an occasional conceptual expression on how to recognize and treat conflicts in a team,but it does not form a unified understanding,and a measurement scale with a theoretical basis. On the basis of summarizing the previous statements on conflict rules,this paper defines the concept and dimensions of team conflict behavior norms.Based on the qualitative interview,the expert group judgment and the questionnaire survey,the measurement scale of the team conflict behavior standard was developed,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested. The results show that the standard scale of team conflict behavior includes three dimensions of maintaining team openness,supporting team cooperation and avoiding conflict transformation. The scale has good reliability,content validity,convergence validity and discriminant validity.
