摘要
小产权房多年来一直困扰着政府,尽管国家绞尽脑汁,出台的对策从未间断,但效果并不明显,甚至愈演愈烈。近期随着土地确权登记、深化农村土地改革、利用集体建设用地建设租赁住房试点、建设城乡统一的建设用地市场等政策的出台,结合本文对小产权房问题处置路径的建议,为彻底解决小产权房问题提供参考。
Small property rights housing has been plagued by the government for many years, although the country has been struggling,the introduction of countermeasures have not been uninterrupted, but the effect is not obvious, or even worse. With the recent introduction of policies such as land registration, deepening rural land reform, using collective land for construction to build rental housing, and building a unified urban and rural land market for construction, this paper proposes ways to deal with the issue of small property rights. For the complete solution of small property rights housing issues to provide a reference.
