摘要
对柴油机铸铝缸盖的结构特点进行了分析,比较了当前柴油机铸铝缸盖凸轮轴孔加工方式。针对NGD3.0柴油机缸盖凸轮轴孔的技术要求和产品特点,在改进传统加工方式基础上,制定凸轮轴孔的加工方案。利用高速卧式加工中心配专用夹具和刀具,对凸轮轴孔进行半精加工,并以专用组合机床配专用刀杆对凸轮轴孔进行精加工,经过实际切削验证,达到了良好的加工效果。
The structural characteristics of the cast aluminum cylinder head of diesel engine are analyzed. The machining methods of the camshaft hole on the cast aluminum cylinder head of diesel engine are compared. In view of the technical requirements and product characteristics of the camshaft hole on the cylinder head of NGD3.0 diesel engine, the machining scheme of the camshaft hole is developed based on the improvement of the traditional processing mode. The high-speed horizontal machining center is equipped with special fixtures and tools to semi-finish the camshaft hole, and the camshaft hole is finished by a special combination machine with a special cutter bar.After the actual cutting verification, a good machining result is achieved.
