摘要
传统的7:24实心长锥刀柄(BT刀柄)已不能满足高速切削加工的要求,而HSK刀柄在高速切削加工中的应用越来越广泛。通过对HSK刀柄结构分析,并建立HSK刀柄力学模型,对HSK刀柄的动(静)刚度、定位精度、动平衡性等动、静态特性进行理论分析,同时通过实验对HSK刀柄和传统的BT刀柄的动、静态特性进行了比较,从而揭示HSK刀柄具有较好的高速切削性能和广泛的推广价值。
The application of HSK shank is increasing in high - speed cutting. Through establishing mechanical model, the structural properties, dynamic and static properties of HSK shank are analyzed. Meanwhile, the experiment results of HSK shank and BT shank are compared. It is proved that HSK shank have good high - speed cutting characteristics from this.
