摘要
为了满足石灰石湿法脱硫废水的排放标准,介绍了国内外普遍应用的中和—沉降—絮凝—澄清法脱硫废水处理工艺,并基于京能(锡林郭勒)发电有限公司脱硫废水的特性,对新型脱硫废水处理工艺进行了介绍,其主要处理流程为废水经石灰石浆液(Ca(OH)2)调节p H值后,仅添加高效絮凝剂(GX),高速搅拌后经絮凝沉降作用即可满足排放标准的新型废水处理工艺。结果表明:当废水中加入11%的高效絮凝剂(GX)时具有较好的处理效果,同时由正交试验确定废水经石灰石浆调节p H=5.0,在高效絮凝剂(GX)的作用下,经200 r/min的高速剪切作用后,溢流静置10 min,具有良好的净化效果,废水中重金属含量也低于DL/T 997—2006的排放标准。
In order to meet the emission standard of wastewater from limestone wet flue gas desulfurization in power plant, the process of wastewater treatment technology of neutralization-sedimentation-floeeulation-clarification which was used as a global prevailing technology was described. Based on the characteristics of desulphurization wastewater from electric power plant of Jingneng (Xilin Guole) Power Co. Ltd. , the new process characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization were introduced in detail. It is a new type wastewater treatment process in which the pH value of the wastewater is firstly adjusted by limestone slurry (Ca( OH)2 ), and then only high-efficiency flocculant (GX) is added. The wastewater can meet the discharge standard after high-speed stirring, flocculation and sedimentation. The results show that when 11% high efficiency flocculant (GX) is added into the wastewater,the treatment effect is better. It is determined by orthogonal experiment that when the pH is 5.0 after adjusting,the dosage of high efficiency flocculant (GX) is 11% and stirred at a high speed of 200 r/min,Then after standing for 10 rain,it has a good purification effect,and the heavy metal content in the wastewater is also lower than the discharge standard of DL/T 997--2006.
