摘要
采用熔模精密铸造工艺替代冲压焊接工艺制造某型汽车车身B柱,目的是减轻汽车的质量。采用新工艺制作的B柱将原来的8个零件减少到了1个,减重24%,在短时间内以低成本完成了B柱的试制。仿真分析结果表明,采用熔模精密铸造工艺生产的B柱的耐碰撞和安装点刚度等性能均优于原B柱。
B pillar of a certain type of automobile body was made by the use of a precision investment casting procedure instead of stamping-welding process to reduce automobile weight. The B pillar made by the new procedure is one part rather than consists of eight parts, thus reducing the eight by 24%, and completing trial production of the B pillar in a short length of time at lass cost. From a simulative analysis it was seen that the B pillar made by the precision investment casting procedure is superior to previous B pillar in collision resistance and rigidity at fabricated point.
