摘要
温度计量在气象服务和科学研究中起着举足轻重的作用。为了提高温度计量的工作效率和数字化安全管理,设计了一种基于串口服务器的智能温度检定系统。该系统依托串口服务器,以数据库技术为基础将现有温度标准设备和自动化控制技术相结合,通过研究SR253温控器和Agilent 34401A万用表串口通信协议,实现了温度传感器自动检定、数据异地保存和检定业务集约化管理,消除人为误差,降低检定人员劳动强度,提高了检定效率和数据安全性。通过对检定结果进行不确定度评定,表明此系统测量的数据准确可靠。此系统的应用大幅提高了气象温度计量检定能力,为其他气象要素的智能检定系统的研发提供了思路。
Temperature measurement plays an important role in meteorological service and scientific research.In order to improve its efficiency and the digital security management,an intelligent temperature verification system based on serial server was designed.This system which also based on the database technology,combines the existing standard verification equipment and automation control technology. The system achieves the automatic verification of temperature sensors,data remote storage and business intensive management by studying SR253 thermostat and Agilent 34401 A multimeter serial communication protocol.The system has the advantage of eliminating human error,reducing the labor intensity of the verification staff,improving the verification efficiency and data security.The uncertainty of the test results shows that the data measured by the system is accurate and reliable.The application of this system greatly improves the verification ability of meteorological temperature measurement and provides an idea for the research and development of the intelligent verification system of other meteorological elements.
