摘要
对三七种苗平均质量、密度、休止角、剪切模量、弹性模量、泊松比、静摩擦系数、动摩擦系数等物理特性进行测量,通过理论计算确定其移栽机各关键部件结构参数并通过CAE技术进行优化。结果表明:种苗与种苗之间静摩擦系数及滚动摩擦系数为关键参数;通过离散元软件EDEM进行休止角虚拟正交试验对关键参数的标定,确定当种苗与种苗间静摩擦系数为0.70、滚动摩擦系数为0.15时,仿真结果与实际试验结果偏差最小。
The physical characteristics (average weight, density, rest angel, shear modulus, elastic modulus, poisson ratio, static friction coefficient, dynamic friction coefficient) of Panax notoginseng seedling were measured. In order to improve the simulation precision, the discrete element software EDEM was used to establish the seedling model and calibrating parameters by simulation of rest angel, and the simulation results were analyzed by max-rain difference and variance. Results showed that when the rolling friction coefficient was 0.15 and the static friction coefficient was 0.70, and the deviation between the simulation result and the actual test result was the smallest. The calibration results were verified by the experiment of tilting rest angel, which indicated that wat was feasible to obtain accurate parameters based on discrete element.
