摘要
综述了含硅化合物改性酚醛树脂的应用研究进展,涉及有机硅、纳米二氧化硅、无机硅酸盐及硼硅改性酚醛树脂复合材料的热稳定性、微观形貌和力学性能等,并对晶须硅在未来酚醛树脂材料中的应用作出了展望。
The research progress in application of silicon-containing compounds modified phenolic resins was reviewed,including the thermal stability,micro-morphology and mechanical properties of organosilicon,nano-silica,inorganic silicon silicate and borosilicate modified phenolic resin composites. And the application of whisker silicon in future phenolic resin materials was forecasted.
