摘要
研究酚醛树脂粘结SiC耐磨涂层中偶联剂KH-550对其性能的影响,通过剪切强度、拉伸强度测试结果表明,偶联剂KH-550的加入可显著地提高改性酚醛树脂胶粘接金属的强度。弯曲强度测试结果表明,偶联剂KH-550的加入可显著地提高改性酚醛树脂胶粘接SiC颗粒的强度。通过冲蚀磨损试验,确定改性酚醛树脂胶粘SiC耐磨涂层中KH-550的最佳加入量。
The effects of coupling agent KH-550 on the properties of SiC wear resistant coating adhered by modified phenol formaldehyde resin were studied in this paper. The results showed that the adhesion strength and erosion wear resistance of SiC wear resistant coating adhered by modified phenol formaldehyde resin would be increased obviously when the coupling agent was added into modified phenol formaldehyde resin. The optimal amount of coupling agent KH-550 added into modified phenol formaldehyde resin was determined.
