一种鱼腥草生物炭对水中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 本研究采用在高温下煅烧鱼腥草,用HNO3处理制备吸附剂。在以空气为载气的条件下用SHMADZU DTG-60差热-热重分析仪得到鱼腥草的最佳热解温度为476℃,XRD分析结果表明其主要由半晶体涡轮层炭和一些矿物质组成,傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)表明其表面的芳香环和吡啶环的C═C和O─H伸缩振动位移较大,可能是吸附活性位。单因素实验结果表明在p H为1、吸附剂用量为0.3 g、吸附时间为120 min时对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率最高,达到99.2%。用Langmuir和Freundlich吸附模型对该吸附过程进行拟合,发现鱼腥草生物炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附更符合Langmuir吸附模型。此外,吸附热力学研究结果表明该吸附为自发过程。 A biochar was made from houttuynia cordata by calcining at high temperature and treating with HNO3. Under the optimum pyrolysis temperature of houttuynia cordata, 476 ℃, was determined by a differential heat-thermogravimetric analyzer (SHMADZU DTG-60) with air as the carry gas. The XRD analyses showed that the biochar was mainly composed of semi-crystalline turbine layer carbons and some minerals; the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses showed that stretching vibrations C - C and O-H in aromatic and pyridine rings were quite strong, standing of the possible active adsorption sites. The designed adsorption experiments showed that, when pH= 1, adsorption time was 120 min and sorbent dosage was 0. 3 g, the Cr (Ⅵ) removal rate was the best ( 99.2% ). It was found that the adsorption of Cr ( Ⅵ ) on the houttuynia cordata biochar followed the Langmuir adsorption model better than the Freundlieh adsorption model, and that the adsorption was a spontaneous process.
