摘要
在有限的预算限制下,桥梁网络的防灾减灾是一个具有挑战性的过程。由于桥梁网络的减灾的过程中存在不确定性,需要用概率的方法来解决。在本文中,作者研究了一种基于风险和可持续性的桥梁网络最优震前修复的概率性方案。作者确定了多准则优化问题,寻找桥梁网络中桥梁修复的最佳时机。桥梁网络的可持续性和修复行动的总预期成本被认为是相互矛盾的目标,同时还考虑了预期的经济损失的可量化可持续性。本文考虑了地震灾害和结构易损性的不确定因素,用遗传算法解决多标准优化问题,并将该方法在现有的桥梁网络上进行了运用和验证。此外,本文还考虑了由于结构退化造成的时间效应。
Due to the uncertainties associated with this process,planning retrofit actions on bridge networks is a challenging process. In this paper,a probabilistic methodology to establish optimum pre-earthquake retrofit plans for bridge networks based on risk and sustainability is developed. A multi-criteria optimization problem is formulated to find the optimum timing of retrofit actions for bridges within a network. Sustainability of the bridge network and the total expected cost of retrofit action are considered as conflicting criteria. The uncertainties associated with the seismic hazard and structural vulnerability are considered. The methodology is illustrated on an existing bridge network. Genetic algorithms are used to solve the multi-criteria optimization problem. The time effects due to deterioration are considered.
