复方紫草油微乳的药效学考察 被引量:5

摘要 目的考察复方紫草油微乳的抗氧化作用、保湿作用和对酪氨酸酶影响。方法使用还原力测定法和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定复方紫草油微乳的抗氧化作用;以15%甘油作为对照考察复方紫草油微乳分别在60%和80%湿度下的保湿效果;测定在复方紫草油微乳作用下酪氨酸酶分解酪氨酸前后吸光度的变化,观察对酪氨酸酶的影响。结果复方紫草油微乳能够还原三价铁离子、清除邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基,参与氧化还原反应,是有效的抗氧化剂。复方紫草油微乳在湿度为80%时其保湿效果及持续时间优于15%甘油;在湿度为60%时其保湿效果不及15%甘油;复方紫草油微乳能明显激活酪氨酸酶活性。结论复方紫草油微乳在抗氧化、保湿和激活酪氨酸酶方面有明显的功效。 Objective To determine the efficacy of microemulsion of compound radix arnebiae oil from 3 aspects, namely anti-oxidation, moisturizing effect, and influence on tyrosinase. Methods We used restoring force method and pyrogallol autoxidation method to determine the antioxident effect of the microemulsion. 15% glycerol was used as contrast to determine the moisturizing effect of microemulsion at the humidity of 60% and 80%. The absorbance change of the solution before and after tyrosinase decomposition under the action of the microemulsion was measured. Results The microemulsion was able to restore Fe3 ~ and remove the superoxide anion radicals generated by the oxidation of pyrogallol. The moisturizing experiment showed that the moisturizing effect and duration were better than 15% glycerol when the humidity was 80%. When humidity was 60%, its moisture effect was not as good as 15% glycerol. The microemulsion could activate the tyrosinase. Conclusion The microemulsion of compound radix arnebiae oil have an obvious effect on antioxidation, moisture preservation and tyrosinase activation.
