广金钱草多糖抗氧化活性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究广金钱草多糖的抗氧化活性。方法采用分光光度法研究了广金钱草多糖提取物的体外抗氧化作用,建立1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH自由基)、超氧阴离子自由基、还原力等几种不同的体外抗氧化模型,以此来评价该多糖的抗氧化活性。结果广金钱草提取纯化后的多糖样品中纯多糖含量达63%,当DPPH自由基清除率为50%时样品的浓度(IC50)为0.115 mg·m L-1。伴随着多糖浓度的升高其清除自由基能力逐渐增强,广金钱草多糖还原力的大小与其浓度大小成正比。结论广金钱草多糖表现出较高的抗氧化性,其浓度与抗氧化活性呈现一定的量效关系。 Medical University for Nationalities; Objective To determine the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides in Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr.. Methods Spectrophotometry was used to detect the in virtro antioxidant activity of polysaccharides extracted from Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr.. Several antioxidant models in vitro, including DPPH·, superoxide radical, superoxide anion free radical and restoring force, were established to evaluate the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide in Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr.. Results The polysaccharide sample of Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr.. contained 63% of pure polysaccharide. The density of IC50 in the sample was 0.115 mg·m L- 1 when the clearance rate for scavenging DPPH·was 50%. With the increase of the concentration of polysaccharide, the clearance rate was gradually enhanced. The restoring force of polysaccharides in Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr. was positively related with their concentration. Conclusion Polysaccharides in Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.) Merr. have high antioxidant activity and its concentration is positively related to the antioxidant activity.
