摘要
为更好地发挥需求响应在促进电网削峰填谷和可再生能源消纳以及提升能源利用效率等方面的作用,解决需求响应试点过程中系统终端等设施没有统一信息表达方式、互操作性差的难题,编制了行业标准《电力需求响应信息交换规范》,希望通过对标准内容的解读,更好地指导需求响应产品厂商、试点单位开展需求响应系统、终端的研发和升级完善,提升需求响应试点项目中不同厂商间需求响应系统、终端的互联互通能力。
For better use of demand response in smoothing grid load, renewable energy consumption and improving energy utilization efficiency. Simultaneously, solving the key problems in demand response pilot projects, such as no unified information expression and poor interoperability, etc, the standard "Specification for information exchange of power demand response" is compiled. It is hoped that the interpretation of this standard can better guide terminal and other kind of products of demand response products manufacturers, pilot units to develop and upgrade the demand response system. Meanwhile, the application of this standard can enhance the interoperability between demand response systems and terminals among different manufacturers of demand response pilot projects.
