物流制造产品按需求资源优化分配仿真 被引量:1

摘要 对物流制造产品资源的按需求分配,能够有效提高物流资源利用的效率。对物流产品资源按需求进行优化分配,需要结合粒子群方法,利用离散变量对粒子的位置进行编码,构建概率信息粒子更新模型,完成物流制造产品资源按需求资源的优化分配。传统方法获取物流设施的资源分配与传送的功率,调整用户间资源的分配,但忽略了对资源分配结果的更新,导致资源分配精度偏低。提出基于粒子群的物流产品资源优化的分配算法。依据物流产品资源节点平均的差异度,对虚拟的资源节点进行迁移,利用离散的变量对粒子的位置进行编码,对离散空间的构建概率信息粒子的速度与位置的更新,完成对物流制造产品资源的按需求分配。实验结果表明,利用所提算法能有效提高物流产品资源的利用效率。 Traditional methods adjust the resource allocation among users, but ignore the update of resource allo- cation results, resulting in low accuracy of resource allocation. In this paper, an allocation algorithm of logistics product resource optimization based on particle swarm optimization was proposed. According to the average degree of discrepancy of resource node of logistics product, the virtual resource node was migrated, and discrete variables were used to code the particle position. Meanwhile, through updating the speed and position of probability information par- ticle in discrete space, logistics product resources were allocated as needed. Simulation resuhs show that the pro- posed algorithm can effectively improve the resource utilization rate of logistics product.
