摘要
针对当前区域港口资源整合和一体化发展的形势,分析促成我国港口资源整合的主要因素,从港口对岸线利用的影响、港口博弈产生的货源分配影响等多角度阐述必要性。从多港组合和区域协调两个类型总结国外港口资源整合的实践模式,研究主要特征和经验启示,提出方向和建议,为推动港口协调发展的决策提供参考。
The trend of regional port resources integration leads to the analysis of its causative factors and the necessity from various aspects,including the influences of ports development and competition on the use of coastline and the cargos distribution respectively.The integration modes of foreign port resources consist of regional coordination and ports combination,which shows principal characteristics,experiences and enlightenment.The orientation and suggestions are put forward,which can serve as a reference for the harmonious development strategy of China ports.
