摘要
预应力锚索技术源于国外,目前已广泛应用于滑坡、隧道、矿山、水利水电等岩土加固工程中,但锚索作为一种控制技术应用于纠倾工程中,极为少见。为了提高建筑纠倾的可控性,降低纠倾风险,在青海某师大3号楼纠倾加固工程中,创造性的应用了预应力锚索技术,与放射状水平掏土相结合,形成了一种新的纠倾方法——"放射状水平取土与锚索加压调控纠倾"新技术,实现了纠倾过程的人为可控,而且提高了纠倾精度,降低了成本。工程竣工后,大楼的倾斜率降低至0.87‰,且通过工后5年的跟踪监测,大楼的沉降变形一直处于稳定状态。
Prestressed ground anchor originated from abroad,which has been used widely in all kinds of geotechnical engineer such as slope,tunnel,mine and hydropower etc.But,it is rare to applied to inclinerectifying engineering as a kind of control technique.In order to improve the controllability of building correction,and reduce the risk of dumping,ground anchor was creatively applied to a Normal University No.3 building of rectification and reinforcement project in Qinghai.What's more,formed into a new method of rectification-"radial horizontal soil-digging with ground anchor loading" with the radial horizontal soil-digging.The new technical not only improved the controllability,but also raised the accuracy,at the same time,reduced the cost.After the completion of the project,the tilt rate of the building was reduced to 0.87 per thousand,and the settlement deformation of the building was in stable condition after five years of follow-up monitoring.
