摘要
针对某高层建筑主、裙楼一体结构纠倾加固工程,在分析倾斜原因的基础上,经多种纠倾方案的对比分析,确定了"桩基加固,基底掏土和锚索加压"的组合纠倾加固方案,制定了科学合理的施工工序。施工过程中采取主楼迫降侧开挖巷道,并于巷道内部向主裙楼方向钻孔取土的工程措施,有效增大了沉降速率,缩短了工期,历经110d使大楼倾斜率由纠倾前的3.26‰回倾到1.73‰,满足了国家相关规范的要求。
Taking tilt rectification project of an integrative structure of the main building for example,this used the combination of " pile foundation reinforcement, foundation soil excavation, anchor pressurization"to conduct the rectification and reinforcement on the basis of analyzing the reasons after the tilt of the building. Comparative analysis was applied in many correction programs,then it developed a scientific and reasonable construction procedures. In this process,the settlement rate was effectively accelerated by excavating the roadway in the forced landing side of the main building and cutting soil to the direction of the main building by drilling holes inside the roadway, which also shortened the construction period. After 110 days,the tilt rate of the building returned from 3. 26‰ to 1. 73‰,meeting the national related standards requirements.
