摘要
随着重卡技术的发展,对风窗玻璃安装安全性提出了更高的要求,风窗玻璃粘接工艺就在该背景下产生,该装配工艺将风窗玻璃与车身结为一体,加强了车体的刚性,同时由于粘接剂直接密封,提高了风窗玻璃的密封效果。文章对重卡风窗玻璃自动涂胶与装配的工艺进行研究,制定了适合于重卡风窗玻璃自动涂胶与装配的工艺方案。
With the development of technology of heavy truck, windshield glass installation safety put forward higher requirements, windshield glass bonding process is produced in the background, the assembly process will wind the window glass and the body as a whole, to strengthen the body＇s rigidity, at the same time as the direct sealing adhesive, improve the sealing effect of wind window glass. The paper studies the process of automatic gumming and assembly of heavy car windshield glass, and formulating a process scheme suitable for automatic gumming and assembling of heavy car windshield glass.
