摘要
基于卫生资源聚集度、Theil指数和Atkinsom指数,对宁夏自治区各类卫生资源配置情况进行评价,分析卫生资源的可及性和公平性。结果显示,宁夏自治区各类卫生资源配置的公平性存在差异,吴忠市、固原市、中卫市的卫生资源可及性和公平性有待提高,进而提出相关对策建议。
Based on the convergence of health resources, Theil index and Atkinsom index, this paper evaluated the distribution of various kinds of health resources in Ningxia autonomous region, and analyzed the accessibility and equity of health resources. The results showed that there were differences in the allocation equity of all kinds of health resources in Ningxia autonomous region. The accessibility and fairness of health resources in Wuzhong, Guyuan and Zhongwei needed to be improved, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
