摘要
以农民环境行为为视角,从年龄、性别、收入水平及更新频率四个维度实证研究农民废旧纺织品废弃行为的影响因素。结果表明:废旧纺织品的废弃就年龄而言,22~30岁群体的废弃纺织品的废弃量较大;就性别而言,女性的废弃量明显高于男性;就经济收入而言,废弃纺织品废弃量与农民的经济收入呈正相关;就更新频率而言,纺织品的更新频率与纺织品的废弃量成反比。结合对废旧纺织品认知的调查,以期为渝东南民族地区出台相关再回收利用政策和回收站点的设置提供科学依据。得出如下启示:相关政策设计必须深入挖掘当地的生态文化资源,实现与少数民族农民环境行为的耦合,才能保障制度实施的群众基础,有效推动该区域生态文明建设和美丽乡村建设。
The paper studied the influencing factors of waste textile emissions from four dimensions of gender, age, income level and update frequency. The results show that group who discard waste textile more frequently are aged 22~30 years old; The frequency of female discarding waste textile was higher than that of a male; The emission amount of waste textiles is proportional to income condition of citizens in rural areas; The emission amount of waste textiles is inversely proportional to update frequency. Combining together with investigation on waste textiles cognition of peasants, we try to provide scientific policy and some suggestion on the waste textile recovery site settings to the local government.
