摘要
目的探讨前纵隔恶性肿瘤的CT表现特征。方法对28例经手术或穿刺活检及病理证实的前纵隔恶性肿瘤的临床及CT表现进行回顾性分析,其中2例行平扫,17例行平扫加增强扫描,9例行增强扫描。结果 28例前纵隔恶性肿瘤,其中CT诊断恶性胸腺瘤8例,淋巴瘤6例,生殖细胞肿瘤2例(精原细胞瘤1例,卵黄囊瘤1例),脂肪肉瘤1例,神经内分泌肿瘤3例。CT诊断准确率是71%(20/28)。结论 CT能较好地定性诊断前纵隔恶性肿瘤,但对部分病变的确诊仍需结合临床及组织学检查。
Objective To explore the CT features of anterior mediastinal malignant tumors. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical manifestations and CT features of 28 patients,who were proved pathologically （including surgery or biopsy） with anterior mediastinal malignant tumors.Of 28 cases,2 cases underwent plain CT scan,17 cases underwent plain and contrast CT scan,and 9 cases underwent contrast CT scan. Results Of 28 cases,8 cases were diagnosed with malignant thymoma,6 cases with lymphoma,2 cases with germ cell tumor （1 spermocytoma and 1 yolk sac tumor）,1 case with liposarcoma,3 cases with neuroendocrine tumors on CT.The diagnostic accuracy on CT was 71%（20/28）. Conclusion CT might be of great value for the diagnosis of anterior mediastinal malignant tumors.However,it is necessary to combine with clinical manifestations and pathology for some tumors.
