摘要
目的:探讨计算机断层扫描对纵隔淋巴瘤的影像特征及诊出率的临床分析。方法:选择2019年3月~2021年3月在本院就诊的80例疑似纵隔淋巴瘤患者,采用计算机断层扫描(CT)检查以及临床病理活检分析其临床、胸片表现,影像特征。结果:经CT扫描以及病理活检发现74例存在纵隔淋巴瘤,而CT检查显示60例,检出率81.08%;患有纵隔淋巴瘤的患者其年龄均较小,CT扫描对于纵隔淋巴瘤有较为准确的定位,其诊出率较高;CT扫描结果显示,纵隔淋巴瘤患者主要表现为纵膈增大,病变单发或多发于肺门区或肺野中外带胸膜之下,呈圆形、卵圆形和不规则形,边界清楚,有浅分叶,并常伴有胸腔积液。结论:通过计算机断层扫描对纵隔淋巴瘤的影像特征结合临床症状以及诊出率的临床分析,其影像特征为纵膈不规则肿块,肿块内见大片状液化囊区时,要注意对于纵隔淋巴瘤的有效诊断。
Objective:To investigate the clinical analysis of imaging features and diagnosis rate of mediastinal lymphoma by computed tomography.Methods:A total of 80 patients with suspected mediastinal lymphoma who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.Computed tomography(CT)examination and clinicopathological biopsy were used to analyze their clinical,chest X-ray and imaging features.Results:74 cases of mediastinal lymphoma were found by CT scan and pathological biopsy,while 60 cases were found by CT examination,with a detection rate of 81.08%.The more accurate localization,the higher the diagnosis rate;The CT scan results showed that the mediastinal lymphoma patients were mainly manifested as mediastinal enlargement,with single or multiple lesions in the hilar area or the middle and outer bands of the lung field under the pleura.Round,oval,and irregular in shape,with clear borders,shallow lobulations,and often accompanied by pleural effusion.Conclusion:The imaging characteristics of mediastinal lymphoma by computed tomography combined with clinical symptoms and clinical analysis of diagnostic rate show that its imaging characteristics are irregular mediastinal masses.When large liquefied cysts are found in the masses,attention should be paid to the effective diagnosis of mediastinal lymphoma.
