摘要
为提升耐硫甲烷化催化剂活性,华烁科技股份有限公司开发出NSM-42型Ni-Mo系耐硫甲烷化催化剂,并在常压管式反应评价装置上对该系列催化剂进行了性能研究。测试了反应温度、空速、进料比等操作条件对NSM-42型催化剂性能的影响,并对改进的NSM-43型催化剂进行了30 h寿命试验。试验结果显示,随着反应空速的增加,NSM-42型催化剂反应活性下降;在反应温度350℃~400℃、催化剂焙烧温度375℃、高氢碳比下,催化剂表现高的甲烷化活性;NSM-43型催化剂30 h寿命试验的前20 h,CO转化率可达99%,CH4选择性可达78%。
In order to improve the activity of the sulfur-tolerant catalyst for methanation, NSM-42 Ni-Mo based methanation catalysts had been developed by Haiso Technology Co., Ltd. and these catalysts had performance test at the atmospheric tubular reaction evaluation device. The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity, feed ratio and other operating conditions on the performance of NSM-42 catalyst were tested, and then 30 h life test was made on the improved NSM-43 catalyst. The test results showed that with the increase of reaction space velocity, the reaction activity of NSM-42 catalyst was decreased; the catalyst exhibited high methanation activity with the reaction temperature between 350 ℃ and400 ℃, catalyst calcination temperature at 375 ℃ and high carbon hydrogen ratio. For NSM-43 catalyst, in the first 20 h of reaction, the CO conversion rate was up to 99% and the CH4 selectivity was up to 78%.
