摘要
介绍了苄位溴代烷基苯的几种溴代试剂。对溴酸盐、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺、三溴化硼、1,3,4,6-四溴-3α,6α-二苯基甘脲等溴代试剂的取代反应进行详细叙述,并在最后提出了一种新型溴代方法。比较了几种溴代试剂的优缺点及其适用范围。认为管式反应作为一种新型的强化技术应用于烷基苯苄位溴代反应中,具有操作简单、安全性稳定性好等特点,符合绿色化学发展方向,有着较大的工业化价值。
Several brominated reagents of benzyl bromation of alkyl benzene were briefly introduced.The substitution reactionof brominated reagents such as bromide,NBS,boron tribromide,1,3,4,6-tetrabro-mo-3α,6α-diphenylglycoluril were described in detail,and a new bromination methods was mentioned at the end of this paper. Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and application range of those brominated reagents. It was believed that the use of tubular reaction in benzyl bromation of alkyl benzene may have the advantages of simple operation and good stability,This method is in line with the direction of the development of green chemistry and has a great value in industrial applications.
