摘要
因透射式光电脉搏波检测方法受测量部位的限制,不能对额头、腹部等进行检测。为实现对人体生理参数低生理、心理负荷及无创的采集,提出一种基于反射式检测方法的血氧检测系统的设计方法,首先结合反射式传感器DCM03和血氧模拟前端AFE4490采集指尖脉搏信号,然后将采集到的光电脉搏波进行数字信号处理以提高信噪比,最后通过判定脉搏信号极值点获取包络线,求得信号交直流分量以进行血氧值计算。实验结果表明,真值与测值间的相对误差在3%以内,该方法能实时有效地对人体血氧进行检测,对患者监护及远程诊断有极大意义。
Limited by measuring position,transmitted method cannot be used for occasion just like forehead and abdomen etc. To measure blood oxygen with low-physical and mental load,a method based on reflected detection was proposed in this paper. Firstly,fingertip pulse signal was collected by reflectance sensor DCM03 and blood oxygen analog front end AFE4490,and then digital signal processing was conducted to improve signal-noise ratio( SNR). Lastly,extreme point was determined to obtain signal envelope,AC and DC component were obtained to estimate blood oxygen value. The experiment verifies that the relative error between true values and measured values is within 3%,the method can extract blood oxygen effectively and instantly,it is a great significance for patient monitoring and remote diagnosis.
