摘要
目的对已实行的临床高级专业技术人员量化评估标准的效果进行调查和分析。方法根据量化评估标准运行前、实施中、修订后,将2006—2017年晋升的475名高级临床专业技术人员分为3组,采用方差分析,对3组人员在各评审指标方面的均值进行比较。结果晋升正高及副高人员的3组人员,在医疗、教学、科研产出等方面均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论目前实施的量化评估标准总体效果良好,并进一步讨论了量化评估体系的完善方向。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the assessment system of quantification evaluation on clinical senior professional titles. Methods According to the different periods of policy making,the 475 applicants for senior clinical titles from 2006 to 2017 can be divided into three groups. And then the average values of evaluation index among three groups were compared through using variance analysis. Results There is statistical difference in clinical works,education works and research output among three groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The assessment system of quantification evaluation produces a positive function,and there are several suggestions to improve the system.
