摘要
目的探讨阴道置入地诺前列酮栓在足月胎膜早破计划分娩中的效果。方法选取2015-03~2016-03在我院就诊的足月胎膜早破产妇240例,将其按照随机数字法分为两组,每组120例患者,对照组采用静脉滴注缩宫素治疗,观察组采用阴道置入地诺前列酮栓治疗。观察两组产妇的促宫颈成熟效果、临产时间、用药至分娩的时间、总产程、阴道分娩率、产后出血率及宫内感染率等内容。结果对比两组产妇的促宫颈成熟有效率,观察组均明显高于对照组,两者差异明显(P<0.05);对比两组产妇的临产时间、用药至分娩时间和总产程,观察组均显著短于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);对比两组产妇的阴道分娩率,观察组显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论足月胎膜早破产妇采用阴道置入地诺前列酮栓治疗疗效显著,促进宫颈成熟和提升阴道分娩率等方面均表现出显著优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal placement of dinoprostone suppository in term delivery of premature rupture of membranes.Methods Two hundred and forty women with full term fetal membranes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method,120 patients in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with vaginal dinoprostone suppository.Observe the effect of maternal cervical ripening,labor time,time from medication to delivery,total labor,vaginal delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and intrauterine infection rate.Results Comparing the maternal uterine cervix maturation efficiency between the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05),and comparing the labor time,medication time to delivery time and total labor time between the two groups,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,with significant differences(P〈0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of two groups of maternal women was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of vaginal implantation of dinoprostone suppository for the treatment of women with full-term fetal membranes was significantly effective in promoting the maturation of the cervix and improving the rate of vaginal delivery.It is worthy of clinical application.
