摘要
目的分析探讨足月妊娠引产中应用一次性宫颈球囊扩张器的可行性及安全性。方法选择2015年1月~2016年1月我院收治的足月妊娠、单胎头位、有计划分娩引产指征的患者200例为研究对象,其中采取缩宫素引产的患者100例,将其设为对照组,采取缩宫素联合一次性宫颈球囊扩张器进行引产的患者100例,将其设为观察组。对两组患者的宫颈成熟度以及分娩成功率进行对比分析。结果在Bishop评分上,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在引产总有效率上,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在第一产程及第二产程时间上,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在Apgar评分及产后出血量上,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将一次性宫颈球囊扩张器应用于足月妊娠引产中,可促进宫颈成熟,缩短产程,提高分娩成功率,有效保障母婴安全,可行性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of labor induction of full-term pregnancy application disposable cervical balloon dilator.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,200 cases of patients with full-term pregnancy,single fetal head position,and planned labor induction in our hospital were selected as the study objects,among which 100 cases used the oxytocin induced abortion were served as the control group,100 cases taken oxytocin combined with induction of disposable cervical balloon dilator were served as the observation group.The cervical maturity and delivery success rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The Bishop score in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;the total effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;the first stage and the second stage of labor time of the observation group was better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;the Apgar score and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Applying one-off cervical balloon expander to full-term pregnancy induced labor can promote cervical mature,shorten the labor,improve the success rate of childbirth,effectively ensure the security of maternal and infant,high feasibility,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
