摘要
科学理解实施乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,需要注意实施乡村振兴战略是建设社会主义新农村的升级版,是顺应当前社会主要矛盾变化的迫切要求,是决胜全面建成小康社会,进而全面建设社会主义现代化强国的客观需要,也是由中国共产党的神圣使命决定的。有效把握借鉴国际经验与走中国特色乡村振兴道路的关系,需要注意国际经验教训,并从不同角度对中国实施乡村振兴战略提供借鉴启迪,实施乡村振兴战略必须立足国情农情、借鉴国际经验、强化中国特色,新时代大国发展逻辑转型更需要推进乡村振兴立足国内,以我为主。
A scientific understanding should be conducted on the connotation that pursuing the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the primary grasp for solving problems relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people. Determined by the sacred mission of the Communist P arty of China,it is an updated effort of the Socialist New Rural Community Construction,an urgent response to the evolution of principal contradiction in the Chinese society,and an objective need for securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and fully building a modern socialist China. In order to deal with the relationship between drawing lessons from international experience and taking the road of the Rural Revitalization with Chinese Characteristics effectively, attention should be paid to the following matters: International experiences can provide insights from different perspectives. China must combine its national and rural conditions,draw on international experience,and strengthen the Chinese characteristics in its rural revitalization effort. In particular,in the Chinese development logic transformation in the new era,we need to pursue the Rural Revitalization Strategy based on its own domestic situation and take our side as the dominant factor.
