摘要
醉酒类警情是110接处警民警遇到的常见但处置较为棘手的警情。如何正确应对与处置,是接处警民警必须面对的重要挑战,应当引起公安机关的高度重视。对此,应当从醉酒类警情处置中遇到的问题着手,对醉酒概念的界定、醉酒类型的正确区分、实施约束的适用条件以及约束的具体实施程序、警械的规范使用、证据保全等可能出现的问题进行充分研究,为正确处置醉酒类警情提供切实可行的方法和路径。
Drunk alert is a common but difficult problem to deal with. How to respond and handle correctly is an important challenge that the police must face,which should cause the public security agencies＇ great attention. In this regard,we should start with the problems encountered in the treatment of drunk alerts, to study the problems that may occur, such as the definition of drunkenness, the correct distinction between the types of drunkenness, the conditions for the application of restraint, the specific implementation procedures for restraint, the standard use of police implements and the preservation of evidence, to provide practical methods and paths for the correct disposal of drunk alerts.
