摘要
面向不断变革的业务模式,企业人力资源管理模式也在不断地创新,以适应变革的需要。本文在阐述现有企业新型人力资源管理模式——HRBP(人力资源业务伙伴)模式的基础上,分析了其相关概念与产生的背景,以上海电气风电集团为例,构建业务支持导向的人力资源管理模式,介绍了该模式的相关经验,剖析HRBP模式变革与创新的关键要素、主要内容和实施原则,为现代企业人力资源管理提供有益的经验。
Facing the constantly changing business mode,the enterprise HR management mode is also committed to making adaptive changes and innovations.In this paper,based on the related concepts and background of the new enterprise HR management model-HRBP model(Human Resource Business Partner),the relevant experience and measures of building the business support oriented HR management model by Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group.The key elements,main contents and implementation principles of HRBP mode transformation and innovation are analyzed in order to provide useful reference for HR management.
