摘要
目的观察丹蒌片对冠心病合并高脂血症病人血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法将90例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。在冠心病常规西医治疗基础上,对照组给予辛伐他汀滴丸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予丹蒌片治疗,观察两组治疗前后血液流变学及血脂的变化,比较两组高脂血症疗效、中医证候疗效。结果治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组高脂血症疗效、中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹蒌片能增强西药降低纤维蛋白原、血液黏度和血脂水平的作用,是治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的有效药物。
Objective To observe the effects of Danlou tablets （DLT） on blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and hyperlipidemia. Methods Ninety patients with CHD and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups：control group （ n=45） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group （ n=45） treated with routine treatment and DLT. The chan-ges of blood lipid and blood rheology were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The serum total cho-lesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and fibrin were improved in treatment group after treatment （ P〈0.05）. The levels of serum TC,TG,and LDL-C in treatment group were lower than those in con-trol group （ P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of hyperlipidemia and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion DLT can significantly reduce blood viscosity,fibrinogen and blood lip-id levels in patients with CHD and hyperlipidemia.
