摘要
丹蒌片是根据中医痰瘀互结理论,结合现代中医药技术研制而成的一种国家级新药,具有宽胸通阳,化痰散结,活血化瘀的作用,现代研究表明其具有广泛的药理作用,包括抗心肌缺血、保护血管内皮功能、抗动脉粥样硬化、稳定斑块、抗炎抗氧化、降糖、改善血脂代谢及改善血液流变性等作用,临床应用范围可涉及心血管系统、呼吸系统、脑血管系统、心身疾病等领域,本文对其药理作用及临床应用研究进展做一综述,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。
Danlou tablet is an national-level new drug developed according to TCM theory of interties of phlegm and blood stasis,combining with modern Chinese medicine technique,which has the effects of broading and activating Yang,dissipating phlegm to remove mass,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Recent researches have shown that it has extensive pharmacological effects,including anti-myocardial ischemia,protection of vascular endothelial function,anti-atherosclerosis,stable plaque,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation,lowering blood sugar,and improvement of blood lipid metabolism and haemorheological indexes,and its clinical application range may be involved in cardiovascular system,respiratory system,cerebrovascular system and psychosomatic diseases.This article reviews the research progress about its pharmacological effects and clinical application in order to provide a basis for its further development and utilization.
