摘要
为得到温拌阻燃沥青结合料的最佳设计方案,以温拌剂掺量、阻燃剂掺量、拌合温度、拌合转速为试验因素进行正交试验,通过设计的评分方法得出温拌阻燃沥青的最佳制备方案为:温拌剂EC-120掺量为3.5%,高效阻燃剂FRMAX掺量为8%,拌合温度为175℃,拌合转速为3 000r·min-1。同时采用极差法分析了各因素对温拌阻燃沥青三大指标和极限氧指数的影响。
In order to obtain the optimal design scheme for warm mix flame-retardant asphalt binder, the orthogonal test was conducted with the amount of warm mix additive, amount of flame retardant, mixing temperature, and mixing speed being the experimental factors. Through the designed scoring method, the best preparation scheme was obtained, which stated that the amount of EC-120, the warm mix additive, should be 3.5%, while the amount of FRMAX, the flame retardant, should be 8%; the admixture should be blended at 175 ℃ with a speed of 3 000 r·min^-1 . The extreme difference method was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the three major indicators of the warm mix flame-retardant asphalt binder and the limiting oxygen index.
