不同配比再生骨料混凝土的力学性能 被引量:5

Mechanical performance of recycled aggregate concrete with different mixture ratios

摘要 以不同配合比的再生混凝土为研究对象,通过抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验分析再生骨料对再生骨料混凝土两种强度变化规律的影响.采用OriginPro 8.5数据分析软件对抗压和抗拉强度进行初步数学函数模拟.结果表明:当再生粗骨料掺量为0%、50%时,再生细骨料使得抗压强度或劈裂抗拉强度变化幅度大,不宜选择;当再生粗骨料掺量为15%、30%时,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度变化都相对平稳;再生粗骨料掺量为15%时混凝土抗压强度相对较高,30%时劈裂抗拉强度相对较高,可根据再生混凝土使用的具体情况来选择. Taking the recycled aggregate concrete with different mixture ratio as investigation object and employing the experiment on compressive strength,and splitting tensile strength,the effect of recycled aggregate on the variation pattern of the two strengths of the recycled aggregate concrete was analyzed.By using data analysis software OriginPro 8.5,the preliminary simulation of mathematical function for the compressive and tensile strength of the concrete was conducted.The result shows that when the additive amount of recycled coarse aggregate is 0% and 50%,the recycled fine aggregate will make the variational scope of the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength so big that such addition of coarse aggregate will be unfavorable to be chosen.When the additive amount of recycled coarse aggregate is 15% and30%,the variation of concrete splitting tensile strength and compressive strength will be relatively stable,the concrete compressive strength will be relatively higher when the coarse aggregate altenative ratio is15%,and the splitting tensile strength will be relatively higher when the coarse aggregate additive ratio is30%,so that should be selected of the two according to the specific circumstances of the use of recycled concrete.
