摘要
基于某车身模态匹配策略,设定其座椅NVH(Noise、Vibration、Harshness)目标,并利用有限元分析软件HYPERWORKS和动态信号采集分析系统DHDAS对某汽车座椅NVH基本性能指标——振动模态进行了分析与试验研究,得到了座椅骨架的低阶模态和振型,并通过优化座椅部分零件尺寸参数,使座椅的模态频率避开了与车身的共振频率,建立了座椅NVH性能匹配分析与优化的基本流程与方法.
Based on body modal matching strategy,Noise,Vibration,Harshness(NVH) target of car seat was set. By using finite element analysis software HYPERWORKS and dynamic signal acquisition analysis system DHDAS,the vibration modals were analyzed and experimentally studied as basic index of car seat NVH performance. Low-order modals and vibration modes of seat frame are obtained. By optimizing size parameters of seat parts, modal frequency of seat is avoided from body resonance frequency. The basic processes and methods of vehicle seat design is established.
