联合收割机剪式座椅静力与模态性能分析

摘要 以国产某联合收割机的剪式座椅为研究对象,使用CATIA软件对座椅进行三维建模,将座椅模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件进行静力分析和模态分析,判断是否满足设计要求。静力分析结果显示,座椅在2种不同的载荷受力下受到的最大应力均小于材料的屈服强度,整体强度符合设计要求。模态分析结果显示,座椅的前六阶固有频率避开了人体的敏感频率,保证了驾驶员的工作舒适性,为联合收割机座椅的结构设计及优化提供了理论基础。 Taking the scissor seat of a domestic combine harvester as the research object,thesoftware CATIA is used to model the seat three-dimensionally,and the seat model is imported into software ANSYS Workbench for static analysis and modal analysis,to check whether the combine harvester scissor seat meets the design requirements.The static analysis results show that the maximum stress of the seat under two different loads is less than the yield strength of the material,and the overall strength of the seat meets the design requirements.The modal analysis results show that the first six-order natural frequencies of the seat completely avoid the sensitive frequencies of the human body,which makes the driver comfortable,providing a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the combine harvester seat.
