摘要
加氢反应是经常用到的单元反应之一,广泛应用于石油化工、精细化工、高分子合成等领域,因加氢反应易燃易爆,且压力较高,因此加氢车间有其特殊的要求和难点。本文从车间布局、设备选型、工艺流程、自动化安全控制角度阐述了精细化工间歇催化加氢车间的设计要点。
Hydrogenation is one of the unit reactions used frequently. It is widely used in the fields of petrochemical, fine chemical and polymer synthesis. The hydrogenation process is flammable and explosive,and the pressure is high. Therefore, the hydrogenation workshop has its special requirements and difficulties.This paper expounds the design points of the fine chemical batch catalytic hydrogenation plant from the point of workshop layout, equipment selection, process flow and automatic safety control.
